Shopping Process

To view and purchase products:

Select from any of these 3 options below.

1/ Go to our catologue ( left ) for drop-down product list.

    Click on selected category for product images and details.

2/ Select and click on category from list at bottom of most pages.

3/ To see listing of all our products in alphabetical order,

    select and click on "view all products" at bottom of most pages.

Click on images for product details.

Click on arrow from drop-down list below each product to select size, colour etc.

Click on "buy now" or "add to cart"button to move product to your shopping cart.

You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

You will be asked to sign in as a new or returning customer.

Your contact and delivery information will be collected.

Select and click button from postage options listed.

Your postage will be calculated. Click on "continue" button at bottom of the page.

Check your contact details are correct. Select desired payment method.

Click on " continue" button at bottom of the page.

Order comfirmation will display your details and puchases.

Select "confirm order" button at bottom of the page.

Select desired payment option either Westpac webadvantage or Paypal.

If Westpac Bank option selected, fill in your payment details.

Click on "authorise payment" button.

If Paypal option selected you will asked to log in or sign up for a paypal account.

You will be notified by email from your selected payment option to confirm payment made.

You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

Your purchase will be delivered to your door.

All international parcels require a signature on delivery.
